Hello, my name is Marshall. Born and raised in New Jersey and later relocated to South Carolina. You can say I've always had a profound passion and appreciation for the beauty in what God has created, and photography was my way of capturing the essence of lasting moments.

As a kid, I gained from my father an appreciation for nature, taking me fishing and spending time outdoors. My mother being a purveyor of fine black art, taught me how to appreciate the skills and talents of various artists and their artistic expression. In middle school, I was blessed with a photography mentor, the late John Hamilton, who piqued my interest in photography and showed me the business of photography. In college, what started as wanting to know how to edit photos and create compositions, I became passionate in pursuing graphic design as my side hustle; a perfect marriage of photography and graphic design. I am motivated to pursue the very thing that brings me joy and fulfillment, which is helping others reach their goals and bringing their aspirations to life.

It's with a heart of gratitude, over the course of 25+ years later and numerous satisfied customers, I was entrusted with bringing part of their vision, moments, and life events into fruition through Godspeed Photography and Media.
